Terms of Services
By commissioning, purchasing or participating in Azarashi Designs giveaways, you agree to our Terms of Service.
Payment
— ✧ We work on a 50/50 payment. That means after the client pays the first half of the project value, we will start the commission.
— ✧ Full payment is also accepted, but this does not change production time.
— ✧ There are no refunds after the first part of the amount is sent.
— ✧ We do not sell any projects on credit (to pay later) and do not accept payment later. The same goes for friends and relatives.
Commissions
— ✧ We accept commission requests via our Discord: @hiyorifairy or @hiro_sz.
— ✧ The values for Brazilians are in Reais (R$), but we work with Dollars (USD).
— ✧ Payment method is via PIX or PayPal for foreigners.
— ✧ The client must answer the Pre-Briefing, so we can have an idea of their project. If the commission is accepted, we will contact you and the client must respond to the Briefing, and only then pay for the first part of the project.
— ✧ We will be in touch to send project updates until the end of the project via Discord.
— ✧ Files will be sent in one of the following formats: PNG, PSD and MP4 depending on the commission.
— ✧ Commissions are for personal use only. Do not sell or distribute.
— ✧ We may refuse the commission. Please don't insist.
— ✧ All fonts used in the designs are free for commercial use, so there is no copyright issue.
Additional information about commissions
— ✧ Azarashi Designs will be working every day.
— ✧ Projects take 8 to 14 days to be delivered after the first part of payment. Depending on the time it takes the client to approve the project and respond to us, it may take more days.
— ✧ For urgent projects or customers who want shorter delivery times, the total value of the project will be multiplied by 2 and will take 4 to 7 days to be delivered after the first part of the payment has already been multiplied .
— ✧ The client will be entitled to 3 changes at no cost, so it is extremely important that the client knows what they want and responds correctly to the briefing.
— ✧ The cost for additional changes after completion will be $30 each. Don't be ashamed to speak up to change something in the project creation process.
— ✧ We work with 3 types of Streampacks: exclusive, ready for delivery (p2u) and free (f2u):
› Exclusives are commissioned by customers.
› The ready delivery or P2U ones are streampacks that anyone can buy at the Azarashi Designs store.
› The free ones can also be downloaded from the Azarashi Designs store.

We accept commissions through discord because it is easier to communicate. Regardless of the commission, you can send a message to @hiyorifairy or @hiro_sz.If the project you are trying to commission is made by the person you did not send the message to, don't worry, we will redirect you.
Other forms of contact
@hiyorifairy does livestreams every day on Twitch, she doesn't accept commissions there but if you're interested in talking to her, it's an option.
